noted, those who would previously reach for red ❤️ to express their love now felt the symbol was tainted. 💙 became the new heart of choice. (To me it reads a little too “Blue MAGA,” but to each their own.)As a 🫶 girly myself, I wasn’t directly affected and assumed this would become irrelevant with time. Instead, as politics have heated up with the administration’s blizzard of executive orders and Elon Musk’s consolidation of power through DOGE, emoji polarization has only increased.
