This is incredibly disturbing. Having different opinions and views is expected. That's what makes life interesting even if we don't agree. Only when calls for violence happen should someone be reprimanded not fired. There's enough hate out there, and horrible things are occurring because of it.
I amended my comment. If after discussing someone's calls for violence against me, or my people and they still hold it, then I would fire them. I would not feel safe in their presence.
